Covid-19: Twitter will donate 1 billion US dollars to fight coronavirus

Twitter founder Jack Dorsey has announced a US $ 1 billion grant to combat coronavirus. He announced the donation in one of his Twitter tweets. He said the money is about 28 percent of his wealth.

Coronavirus is an epidemic.  Many viruses have invaded the earth before.  But more damage is due to this coronavirus.  So far, the virus has not been prevented.  So far, the total number of people affected in the world is 1439516 people.  And the total death toll in the world is 85711 people.  Spread over 212 provinces.  Of which the United States is higher.

He will sell the shares of his established payment app Square and donate it, and he will distribute the funds through the Start Small Foundation.

Dorsey said he would use Square's share to pay for the grant because he owns more shares here than Twitter.  He will sell the shares gradually and that money will help avoid the Covid-19 crisis.  He added that if Kono survives the money after the completion of Covid-19, he will spend that money on adolescent health and education and public basic income research.
